Avec la lumière si dure qu'il y avait "dehors", le contrast des reflêts résulte très beau et très fort.

Beautiful landscape image Marie. Excellent composition. You ask in your statement for some constructive criticism. I would say if you were to darken the foreground grasses (just in the brightest area) and the furthest right-hand side of the tree line, it would allow the eye to concentrate more on the lovely water and trees. It is a bit hot in both areas and my eye fights going to it. I learned from Ansel Adams to burn along the edges of the frame. He believed (as do I) that it works the eye into (and not our of) the frame. I have become very aware of hot spots around the edges of all my frames. I believe it would help strengthen this image (though the image is certainly strong on its own merits). Other than that, I would not change anything else about this image - an awesome capture!

Je n'ai jamais vu de tels reflets d'or sur le canal, et j'habite à dix minutes à pied, j'y vais souvent m' y promener ...
est ce un traitement ???
quoiqu'il en soit, c'est somptueux !!! Bravo Marie !

@marianne: Non Marianne, il n'y a aucun traitement sur cette photo, je ne traite jamais ou rarement, je préfère et de loin la photo de papa à toutes les techniques modernes existant.
La photo a été prise à 14 h 37 le 10 octobre dernier, en sortant de Capestang en allant en direction de Cruzy
